Elevated Coordination Services - $3,500
Our Guided Planning & Coordination Package is perfect for couples who want to take the lead in planning their wedding while benefiting from professional expertise and seamless execution. We provide strategic guidance, problem-solving support, and full wedding day coordination to ensure every detail comes together effortlessly. From the moment you hire us, we take the time to understand your vision, review your planning progress, and refine logistics. Josie’s Blooms, our in-house floral design company, offers bespoke floral arrangements with a $4,000 minimum for weddings. This service is available as an optional add-on to any of our wedding planning and coordination packages, providing a seamless, cohesive design experience.
While couples are welcome to incorporate Josie’s Blooms into their wedding, our planners will always prioritize the best fit for your vision, recommending alternative floral designers if a different aesthetic better aligns with your style.

Many engaged couples are now choosing to expand their celebrations beyond the wedding day. Planning a three-day weekend of gatherings gives your guests more time to get to know each other and enjoy the area where you’re getting married.
Add our expert planning services to the evening before and day after your wedding for an additional $3500. Includes rehearsal dinner/welcome party planning, accommodations organization, and post wedding day celebration planning.

Lush Grazing Tables
Luxurious full grazing tables set up by our team, filled with a variety of local cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, garnishes, crackers, breads, desserts, and more. All prepped in a beautiful display for your guests. Great for rehearsals or cocktail hour. $24/pp and includes set up.

Service Matters means: Hospitable, Hardworking, and Professional. We provide experienced staffing for front-of-house service in a variety of locations in the North East. *Exclusive to weddings who hire us for wedding planning or coordination.
